Mode de séparation

VoixInstrumental

Stem Separator

A mixed song is one block of audio — a stem separator turns it back into parts. Pick a 2, 4 or 6-track split, let the separation run, and every stem comes back as its own track: the vocals, the drums, the bass, and in the 6-stem mode the guitar and the piano too. Listen to the tracks together in the multitrack mixer, mute and solo to hear what each one holds, then download any stem or the whole set.

Résultat
Audio files, not a preview. Every separated track is a real file you can download on its own — MP3 320k or lossless FLAC 16-bit, at the sample rate of your source. The separation history keeps the whole set, so you can come back to a split days later and keep working with it.

Comment ça marche

  1. 01Choose the source: upload an audio file — MP3, WAV, FLAC or M4A, up to 50 MB and 8 minutes — or pick a recent song from your library.
  2. 02Pick the separation mode. Two stems give you vocals plus a ready-made backing track; four add drums and bass; six add guitar and piano. Then choose MP3 or FLAC and press Separate stems — it costs 10 credits either way.
  3. 03When the run finishes, the tracks appear in the history panel. Open a set to hear all stems play in sync in the multitrack mixer, and download the tracks you need.

Fonctions clés

  • Three split levels, one price. 2, 4 and 6 stems cost the same 10 credits, because the cost of a separation depends on the song's length, not on how many tracks come back.
  • A multitrack mixer in the browser. All stems play in sample-accurate sync, with a shared playhead, per-track mute and solo, and volume — so you can audition a split before you commit to it.
  • Lossless output on request. FLAC 16-bit keeps each stem as a full-quality file for a DAW, while MP3 320k stays small enough to share. The sample rate follows your source file either way.
  • Stems that feed the rest of the studio. A separated track can be sent straight to the speed and pitch tool, the trimmer or the BPM and key finder — the split becomes the starting material for practice tracks, samples and remixes.

Les réglages expliqués

Source
The song to split. Upload a new file — up to 50 MB and 8 minutes — or pick a song that is already in your library, which avoids a second upload.
Mode de séparation
How many tracks the separation produces. The track list under the selector shows exactly what each mode returns; the 2-stem mode has the cleanest vocal split, while the 4- and 6-stem modes give you individual instruments.
Format de sortie
The file format of every separated track. MP3 320k is the default and plays anywhere; FLAC 16-bit is lossless for further production. The sample rate always follows the source file — nothing is resampled.
Séparer les stems
Starts the job and charges 10 credits — the same price for every mode. The charge happens when the separation begins, and it is refunded automatically if the whole run fails.
Historique
Every separation you have run, newest first. Each entry keeps its full set of tracks, so a split you made days ago is still there to listen to and download.

How the separation runs

After you press Separate stems, the job is queued on a dedicated separation service and your 10 credits are charged once. There is no progress percentage, because the service does not report one — the history panel shows the run as waiting, separating, then saving, and updates on its own until the tracks are ready. A three-minute song typically takes a minute or two; a full eight-minute track can take longer, and you can leave the page and come back.

Choosing between 2, 4 and 6 stems

The 2-stem mode uses the strongest vocal model: it returns the vocals and a ready-made backing track, and that vocal split is the cleanest of the three. The 4-stem mode adds drums and bass as their own tracks, at a small cost to vocal quality. The 6-stem mode goes all the way — vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and a residual other track — which makes it the choice for sampling and remix work. All three cost the same, so the choice is about what you need, not what you want to spend.

What you can do with the tracks

A finished set is a multitrack session. Open it to hear every stem play in sync, mute the vocals to hear the arrangement, or solo the drums and bass to build a practice mix. Each track downloads on its own, and the tracks can be sent to other tools — slow down a guitar stem to learn a riff, trim a bass line into a sample, or run any stem through BPM and key detection before you build on it.

Choose 2 if you only need vocals and a backing track — it has the best vocal quality. Choose 4 when you also want drums and bass separately. Choose 6 when you need guitar and piano too, for sampling, covers or remixes. All three cost the same 10 credits.
